These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the online services
1. Acceptance of Terms
Like other sites and services, certain terms and conditions apply. By using our Services, you agree to the terms and conditions here. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the online services and offerings (collectively, “Services”) by Tegeta Approved LLC (I/N: 405522411) (collectively, “TegetaApproved,” „Company“, “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms apply to all Services, including any website or mobile application we make available to you.
All references to “you” or “your,” as applicable, mean the person who accesses, uses, and/or participates in the Services in any manner, and each of your heirs, assigns, and successors. If you use the Services on behalf of an entity or another individual, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity or individual, your acceptance of the Terms will be deemed an acceptance by that entity or individual, and “you” and ”your” herein shall refer to that entity, its directors, officers, employees, and agents.
2. Modifications to these Terms
We may have to change these Terms periodically. We don't think you'll have any issues with our changes, but for most changes, you have to agree to continue using TegetaApproved.
TegetaApproved reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify these Terms, and any other documents incorporated by reference herein, at any time and without prior notice. TegetaApproved will notify you of changes to these Terms by posting on the TegetaApproved Terms of Use website, sending you a message, and/or otherwise notifying you when you are logged into your account. Except as explicitly provided otherwise herein, modifications will become effective thirty (30) days after the earliest of: (a) modifications being posted on the Services; (b) TegetaApproved's transmission of a message to you about the modifications; or (c) you are otherwise notified when you are logged into your account. Your use of the Services after the expiration of the thirty (30) days shall constitute your consent to the changes. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services.
3. Additional Policies
Processing/protection of personal data of the 'User'
3.1 The 'Company' ensures the protection of the personal data of the 'User' within its competence and based on the current legislation.
3.2 The 'User', as the subject of personal data, agreeing with these 'Terms and Conditions', declares his voluntary consent and gives the 'Company' prior and voluntary permission to store and process personal data of the “User” (Name, surname, personal number, physical address, phone number, e-mail address) collected during the registration process and the actions carried out by the “User” in the “System” for direct marketing in connection with the services of the 'Company' for the 'User', innovations implemented in the 'Company', and special offers. The afore-mentioned consent is considered to be given if the 'User' agrees with these “Terms and conditions'. The 'Company' will store the specified data until the 'User' requests otherwise in accordance to this document and applicable law.
3.3 The 'User' has the right at any time to demand from the 'Company' to correct, update, add, block, delete or destroy, or stop using his data for marketing purposes by any means of communication - by calling the hotline: (+595) 593 999 996, by sending a written message to the address: N142 A. Beliashvili street, Tbilisi, or to the email address: info@tegetaapproved.ge - if they are incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or if they were collected and processed in violation of the law, or if the 'User' wishes to stop using his data for direct marketing purposes. In this case, the 'Company' is obliged to correct, update, add, block, delete or destroy the data within 10 (ten) working days after receiving the data subject's request, or inform the data subject of the reason for the refusal.
Other Agreements
For certain users who make purchases, sales, or leverage financing available on or through the Services, such use may also be governed by a contract with TegetaApproved and/or one of our third-party partners. If there is a conflict between these Terms and such agreement, the latter takes precedence with respect to your use of that service or engagement in that transaction.
